Basic Standard

The New Jersey Personal Automobile Insurance Plan is a state-managed program created to ensure that all drivers in New Jersey have access to auto insurance coverage, even those who may have difficulty obtaining insurance through the voluntary market due to certain factors such as poor driving record or previous policy cancellations.
